Shipping Policy

Shipping is free to the US. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–12 business days.

Where we ship

We ship to United States addresses only. Our Stripe checkout accepts US shipping addresses exclusively; if you're outside the US, we're unable to take your order at this time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Verified buyers regularly note that their stabilizer arrived intact and well packaged — the carbon tube ships protected, but give the parcel a quick once-over on arrival and contact us straight away if anything looks off.

If your order is late

Most orders land inside the 5–12 business day window, but carriers occasionally slip. If your stabilizer hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase it up. Every order remains covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
